Experience  myofascial release massage. The aim of myofascial release is to relax contracted muscles, improve lymphatic and blood circulation, and stimulate the 'stretch reflex', in our muscles. With myofascial release, gentle, sustained pressure is applied to loosen and lengthen the constricting fascia.

Sound Bath

A sound bath is a holistic approach for relaxation and healing. The waves of sound which are produced by crystal Himalayan singing bowls calm the nervous system and balance the body. 
A sound bath helps facilitate a shift in your brainwave state. Through frequency with sound its easy to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness state) or perhaps reaching Theta (meditative state).

We believe that connecting to Nature is the path to mindfulness and wellness.
When we nature bathe, we breathe in phytoncides, negative ions, and soil bacteria: together, they provide health benefits. The healing power of nature are abundant in the trails of Yosemite. A cure to stress can be found in a handful of soil. Exposure to the soil bacteria can improve our immune health and emotional health by acting as a natural antidepressant that increases the release and metabolism of serotonin in parts of the brain that control cognitive function.


Here's a glimpse into a typical day:
  • 8 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM: Sacred Circle & Meditation
  • 10 AM: Hiking or Writing
  • 12 PM: Relish a delicious lunch on the trail or in the lodge
  • 1 PM: Explore Yosemite
  • 3 PM: Free time for personal reflection and relaxation
  • 4.00pm Optional restorative stretch
  • 6 PM: Enjoy a delightful dinner with Chef Aine
  • 7:30 PM: Optional meditation session for those seeking further tranquility
  • 8 PM: Cap off the day with a blissful sound bath.
